Fin-Wiser built a potable water tariff model for a government entity based in GCC. The objective of model was to calculate tariff for different customer categories that allow the shareholders to meet its return objectives.

Built and design commercial outputs inline with the tender document and client’s internal board approval process
Communicate and manage internal stakeholders such as HR, Technical Experts, Finance team to discuss and optimize the inputs
Benchmark inputs against existing projects and available data
Create an assumption book for record management
